The Annals of Autism

(Continued from front page)

Ms. Zucker and Mr. Donvan set out several years ago to tell Autism stories from a wide variety of angles:  the science, the legal side, the politics, the insurance dilemmas, treatments, education and so forth.  In recent years, they really dove into another fascinating and little explored aspect, the history of Autism which is what they shared with the audience on February 15, 2012.

After touring Stein Education Center and speaking to 10 News Caren and Jon shared for the first time the story of Donald T., the first man diagnosed with Autism who is currently in his seventies and living in Mississippi. They are co-authoring a new book on Autism which will be published by Crown Publishers in 2013.
