Ages 0–12

ON TRACK
Short-term diversion program for first time young offenders and their families to improve communication and strengthen family relationships. Groups are offered for free.

PROMOTE!
In partnership with the Escondido Union School District (EUSD), PROMOTE! provides evidence-based prevention and early mental health intervention services to at-risk and disadvantaged young children, ages 3-8, in 12 EUSD elementary schools.
Stein Education Center – Special Education Programs
Serve children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbance, or multiple disabilities. Provide individualized educational, recreational, behavioral and vocational training programs.
Stein Education Center – Special Care Services, After School
Serve children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbance, or multiple disabilities. Provide individualized educational, recreational, behavioral and vocational training programs.
SmartCare Behavioral Health Connect (BH Connect)
Mental health treatment program for children, youth and adults at high risk of frequent and intensive psychiatric services. Provides access to support, appointments and therapy through a mobile device, eliminating many barriers to care.
SmartCare Behavioral Health Consultation Services (BHCS)
Real-time access to psychiatric/behavior health treatment consultation for primary care providers throughout San Diego County.
SmartCare Integrated Behavioral Health (SmartCare)
Consultants, educators and psychiatrists partner with selected rural community health clinics to provide behavioral health screening, evaluation, medication consultation and short-term therapy integrated within the primary health care setting.
We also offer programs and services for Teens (ages 13–18), Young Adults (ages 18–23), Adults (age 18+), and Families.
