Bridges Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
According to a recent report from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), nearly 23 million Americans need treatment for problems related to alcohol or drugs. Only about 2.5 million of that number will make it into treatment. The Bridges Adult Intensive Outpatient Program offers a convenient outpatient option to receive help that is often desperately needed. Our program is designed for adults seeking to make the personal changes necessary to live a clean and sober productive life.
Recovery services are structured to provide men and women with counseling and support components offered several evenings per week. This enables clients to continue with day time work, training or school schedules. The program is a minimum of eight (8) weeks in length and depends upon actual client need.

Hi my name is Shaval, I came to Bridges after decades of struggling with cocaine and other drugs, and experiencing legal problems, consistent trouble with family and relationships and very unstable living situations. While I have had periods of sobriety over the last 30 years, I’ve been unable to maintain long term recovery. When I came to the Bridges program, I was financially struggling, had recently lost my mom and my job, and saw how my use was affecting my significant other and my children. I was ready to get help.
Today, I have been sober for almost nine months by committing to my recovery. I attended group at Bridges for over eight months and just graduated from the program, and have also been meeting with my sponsor and going to 12-step meetings. I hope to work the steps with my sponsor soon to feel some relief from the baggage of my past. My family is thrilled with my recovery—they just want me to get better because they care a lot about me, and they love me. I now know that I don’t have to pick up if my day doesn’t go as expected. I now have new coping skills and have learned that using won’t make things better. The help that I’ve got by attending Bridges and the support they give has been so helpful and I know the door is always open if I need anything. I’m excited for my future with my family and to achieve the goals that I’ve set out for myself, perhaps finishing my studies to be an AOD counselor or perhaps a CNA
