ParentCare Family Recovery Center

  • 100% of infants, born to ParentCare clients were toxin-free at birth
  • 94% of the women were free from child protective service intervention after six months in the program, compared with 50% at program entry
  • Upon completion of the program, 100% of the women were employed or involved in job preparation activities, exceeding County contract goals of 55%

SAFIR (Supporting Adolescents and Families in Recovery) Program

  • 78% of youth who completed a pre and post survey (and attended SAFIR for at least 30 days reported significantly fewer days of drug and/or alcohol use
  • 87% of youth who completed a pre and post survey (and attended for at least 30 days) reported, on average, participation in family outings/activities at a frequency of 1.5 times higher than baseline

Stein Education Center (SEC)

  • 93% of students met or made progress toward academic or functional goals on their annual IEP (Individual Education Plan)
  • 86.5% of students met behavioral goals or made substantial progress on their annual IEP (Individual Education Plan)

--426 patients participated in Prevention and Early Intervention services through SmartCare in 2010
--972 community residents participated in Community Wellness Forums
--60% reduction in the number patients identifying significant behavioral health symptoms after 3-5 sessions of preventative care
--98% Overall Consumer Satisfaction with Integrated Behavioral Health Program

Learning Assistance Center Program
-- 699 Youth and their families participated in mental health services through the LAC in 2010
-- 29% reduction in the average rate of unexcused school absences after 6 months in treatment
-- 22% improvement in the students average GPA during treatment - 98% of students achieved measureable improvement in targeted behaviors (CFARS)
-- 92% overall parent satisfaction rate with Learning Assistance Center Program
